Refund policy

To enhance your online shopping experience, we offer exchange services. Please notify us within 7days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Kindly review the following exchange terms:


Important Guidelines:

  • Sale items, underwear, and gifts are not eligible for exchange.
  • We don't accept returns if the product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels intact.
  • If a gift was included with your purchase, the gift must also be returned. If not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge for the retail value of the gift.
  • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returns or exchanges, including shipping and duties.
  • Please request an exchange via email within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will review your request and contact you promptly.
  • Upon receiving our email confirmation, please return the product in its original packaging along with the label and sales receipt.
  • Send returns to our Hong Kong warehouse. We recommend using a shipping company with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.
  • If we do not receive the return within 14 days of exchange approval, the exchange will be automatically canceled.

Change of Mind Returns:


We accept returns due to a change of mind if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and they must arrange their own shipping.

Once the return is received and accepted, a refund will be issued as store credit for future purchases. We will notify you by email once the process is complete.


Note: We will refund the value of the product, but shipping fees are non-refundable.


Warranty Returns:


We will honor valid warranty claims submitted within 7 days of receiving your items.

Customers must prepay return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Once the returned item is received for warranty claim, we will process it within 14 days. Upon confirmation, you can choose from the following options:

(a) Refund to your original payment method
(b) Store credit
(c) A replacement item (if available)


Try-On Guarantee:


With our Try-On Guarantee, you can receive a 50% discount on a different size (up or down) for one pair of underwear that you’ve tried on, without needing to return the item. This guarantee applies to one pair of underwear per order, within 30 days of receiving the product. After submitting your claim, we will provide a 50% off coupon for the same item, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

If you purchased multiple pairs of underwear, we recommend trying on and washing only one pair first to ensure it fits. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, the remaining items can still be returned or exchanged under our standard policy.
